Stone Digital is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing team across web and marketing projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about digital, loves working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to grow their skills in both project management and design.
You’ll be working closely with our Business Project Director, Designer and Developers, and Clients to help deliver high-quality websites and marketing campaigns. The role is hands-on and offers exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle – from brief to delivery.
Key Focus Area:
- Design Support: Assist with creating wireframes, UX mockups, and marketing assets (such as social media graphics) with guidance from our senior designers.
- Web and Marketing Project Coordination: Assist with planning, tracking, and communicating project progress for web design, development, and marketing initiatives.
- Client Communication: Support Project Director and Founder in providing updates and gathering requirements from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with small design tasks, such as wireframes, basic UX mockups, and social media graphics.
- Help review and test websites to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support the preparation of design presentations and client-facing documentation.
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and schedules using project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Assist with managing website projects from initial briefing through to delivery.
- Liaise with internal team members to ensure tasks are progressing and deadlines are met.
- Prepare project documentation and status updates.
- Communicate clearly with clients under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in web project management or digital design.
Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Trial Task:
- If shortlisted, you’ll be asked to complete a small Website UX Design Trial Task to assess your suitability further. The purpose of this task is to better understand how candidates approach design problems, and their ability to work to a brief with instructions from the Client.
