Key Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
UX/UI Design: Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to implement designs effectively.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across the product suite.
Iterative Design: Analyze user feedback and product metrics to iterate and improve the user experience.
Recruit: Hire key resources in the team where there are gaps.
Must Haves
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably with SaaS products.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
Skills:
Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (not required but a plus).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.
Good to Have
Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms.
Some familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem in any capacity.
Design education from one of the premier design institutes such as NID.
Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design.
Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
Understanding of Agile workflows.
