We are seeking an experienced and talented UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality user experience designs for our clients, with a strong focus on website design. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements
• Create high-quality UX mockups and wireframes for website design projects
• Develop prototypes and iterate designs based on feedback from clients and users
• Review and give feedback on development team’s work to ensure high quality design throughout development phase
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to clients and stakeholders effectively
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continually improve the user experience.
• Experience in social media graphic design to assist with company’s social media profiles.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on website design
• Highly regarded: Strong experience in tourism related websites
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, with examples of projects that were later developed
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate directly with stakeholders
• Proven ability to work from ambiguous or unclear client instructions to create high-quality UX mockups
• Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

Trial Task:

If shortlisted, you’ll be asked to complete a small Website UX Design Trial Task to assess your suitability further. The purpose of this task is to better understand how candidates approach design problems, and their ability to work to a brief with instructions from the Client.
