WordPress Content Writer

We’re an enterprise-level WordPress agency helping global brands build high-performance, secure, and scalable digital experiences on WordPress.

We’re looking for a WordPress Content Writer / Technical Content Writer who can do more than just write — someone who can understand our business, grasp our technical solutions, and transform that knowledge into impactful thought-leadership content.

This role blends storytelling, strategy, and technical understanding. You’ll work closely with our marketing and technical teams to create content that positions our agency as an authority in the enterprise WordPress space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop high-quality, insight-driven content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, and thought-leadership pieces.
2. Collaborate with technical experts, project managers, and leadership to translate complex solutions and success stories into clear, compelling narratives.
3. Deeply understand our services, business model, and target audience, and reflect that understanding in every piece of content.
4. Write strategic content that supports brand positioning, SEO objectives, and lead generation goals.
5. Craft stories that highlight our technical expertise, process, innovation, and impact on clients.
6. Stay on top of WordPress trends, enterprise web technologies, and digital experience best practices, and convert that knowledge into forward-thinking articles.
7. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.

Must Have

1. 2+ years of experience as a content writer or copywriter in a WordPress agency, web development firm, or tech environment.
2. Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
3. Proven track record of creating thought-leadership or long-form technical content that educates and engages.
4. Excellent writing, research, and storytelling skills — with strong command over grammar and clarity.
5. Familiarity with WordPress, its ecosystem (themes, plugins, hosting, security, performance), and content publishing workflows.
6. Understanding of SEO best practices and how to write content that ranks.
7. A portfolio showcasing content related to technology, web solutions, or digital transformation.

Good to Have

1. Experience writing for enterprise or B2B technology audiences.
2. Comfort interacting with technical teams and distilling their insights into business-friendly narratives.
3. Knowledge of headless WordPress, modern frontend frameworks, or web performance optimization.
4. Experience with content strategy, analytics, or thought leadership development.
5. Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.).
