Project Coordinator

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with good communication and multi-tasking abilities to support our Project Managers in managing ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Project Manager by taking lead on running the on-floor (internal) activities for 3-5 projects
2. Maintain project documentation, such as plans and meeting notes (internal & client facing)
3. Assist with Project planning to breakdown the scope of work (SoW) items 
4. Assign tasks via sprint planning, ensuring timely delivery and managing resourcing requirements
5. Identify & track the project’s risks and opportunities
6. Coordinate collaboration between all stakeholders through different mediums (virtual/documents)
7. Generate & review time reports for budget tracking
8. Communicate the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders
9. Contribute towards improving internal processes and open-source

Must Haves

1. Minimum 1 year of Project Coordinator experience 
2. Basic knowledge about WordPress and the open-source ecosystem
3. Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
4. Proficient using Google Workspace (G Suite) products and familiarity with tools like GitHub, Asana, Trello, or JIRA.

Good to Have

1. Background in technical field
2. Experience with delivering presentations, addressing questions, and gathering feedback.
3. Project management certifications like PMP or CAPM
