If you love breaking down complex technical concepts and turning them into stories that get business leaders to care and take action, this role is for you.
We’re looking for an Enterprise SaaS Content Writer who understands what happens behind the scenes – from custom software development to the nuances of commercializing software products.
Your job: help us articulate open-source custom software solutions that improve workflows, unify operations, and power enterprise-scale transformation.
From long-form guides and deep-dive blogs to case studies, newsletters, and product pages, you’ll translate engineering depth into compelling business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Write authoritative articles, guides, and whitepapers that position rtCamp as a thought leader in building custom software or SaaS alternatives with open source software frameworks like Frappe/ERPNext.
- Understand and cover best practices, architecture decisions, implementation insights, and industry trends.
- Create high-conversion landing pages with benefit-first messaging that addresses enterprise pain points: legacy software migration, custom module development, scalability issues, integration challenges, and more.
- Develop compelling case studies that show real transformation of how enterprises improved efficiency, achieved automation, or unified workflows using ERPNext or Frappe-based solutions.
- Craft newsletters executives actually read. Insightful, practical, and packed with updates from the Frappe, ERPNext, and broader open-source software ecosystem.
- Write scroll-stopping social content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms that sparks conversation across engineering, product, and digital leadership circles.
- Translate complex ERP and technical topics (like workflow engines, custom app development, role-based permissions, API integrations) into clear, engaging, business-aligned narratives.
- Maintain precision and attention to detail when writing for enterprise decision-makers evaluating mission-critical platforms, accuracy is non-negotiable.
- Stay plugged into the Frappe and ERPNext ecosystem to track core updates, new apps, community discussions, and adoption patterns across industries.
- Master both long-form and short-form content whether it’s a crisp feature announcement or a comprehensive 3,000-word implementation guide, adapt style and depth as required.
- Improve existing content to optimize structure, clarity, storytelling, and SEO to strengthen our authority in enterprise ERP and open-source transformation.
- Use data to elevate your work, review engagement metrics and refine content strategy to improve reach, clarity, and conversions.

Apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes or even if you have a niche expertise within the role.
- 3+ years of experience writing about Enterprise Software, ERP systems, custom software, or open-source frameworks for enterprise audiences, supported by a strong published portfolio.
- Solid understanding of how enterprise software and ERP platforms are evaluated, adopted, and scaled in mid-to-large enterprises.
