Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a visionary product strategy for Servebolt.
• Manage intricate technical projects, assisting our team leaders in organizing tasks and timelines efficiently.
• Attend management and ticket refinement meetings to align priorities and provide business insights.
• Clearly define and document feature requests in User Story format, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Participate in user research activities, document findings, and translate insights into actionable product features.
• Act as a bridge between development, design, marketing, and executive teams, facilitating communication and decision-making.
• Ensure products meet high standards and market demands, delivering on time and with excellence.

Your Product Portfolio

• Spearhead the launch and management of our innovative Admin Panel.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of our core hosting solutions, including Bolts, SSL certifications, and more.
• Drive expansions in our CDN, performance, and security offerings, such as Accelerated Domains and Servebolt CDN.
• Enhance our specialized plugins for platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce.

Your Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years in product and/or project management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
• Proficiency with project management tools, especially Atlassian Jira, and a strong grasp of agile methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills, with experience in defining requirements, performing market analysis, and ensuring product compliance.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for customer and user-centric innovation and a drive to create significant value.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote setting.
