Poptin is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Product Manager. We’re in search of a results-focused pro with a robust product management background and a deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll steer feature development, foster collaboration across teams, and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. You’ll be expected to do the following:

• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Determining new and existing feature requirements.
• Identifying and filling product gaps.
• Creating UI wireframes for new features.
• Task management.
• Execution of existing workflow.
• Product testing.
• Work with the feedback from users (external and internal) to make products better.

Requirements

• Product management experience (SaaS/Micro-SaaS)
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Good understanding of WordPress, Shopify and other CMS platforms.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly, write intelligently, and enjoy working with a passionate team.
• Keen eye for design with experience using wireframe tools such as Whimsical, Figma, Balsamiq, etc.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Coding experience – Nice to have
• E-commerce or Email marketing experience – Nice to have
