Offer technical support for FlyingPress & FlyingCDN users through various channels.
Troubleshoot performance issues, identifying root causes and solutions.
Collaborate with the development team on bug reporting and feature suggestions.
Develop and maintain support documentation and tutorials.
Engage with the WordPress community, sharing insights and support.
Requirements:
Experience with WordPress support or development.
Knowledge of web performance optimization for WordPress.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
Familiarity with common WordPress plugins and themes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with debugging tools and understanding of web hosting environments.
Familiarity with CDN and DNS.
