Are you looking to kickstart your career in digital marketing with hands-on, real-world execution? rtCamp is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our SEO and Social Media teams with day-to-day execution and operations.
This is a foundational role for someone early in their career who wants structured exposure to how enterprise B2B marketing actually runs across social, SEO, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Social Media Manager with scheduling, publishing, and basic formatting of posts across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Support day-to-day SEO execution tasks: data compilation for keyword research, competitor research, formatting on-page changes, and content uploads on WordPress.
- Track and organize SEO and social performance data (rankings, traffic, engagement) into monthly reports using GSC, GA4, or SEMrush, under guidance.
- Create/edit basic supporting design assets (social graphics, blog banners) using Canva and AI tools.
- Assist with maintaining and managing the content/social publishing calendar.
- Support monthly reporting by compiling data into Google Sheets/Slides decks.
- Handle general marketing operations tasks – documentation, coordination between teams, data entry, and follow-ups.
Must Haves

- Understanding of social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress.
- Familiar with Canva or any design tool.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take direction well, and handle execution tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of SEMrush or other SEO tools.
- Basics of GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Exceptional writing and grammar skills.
- Basic knowledge of any email marketing tool (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp) & drag-and-drop editor.
