Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain employee documents, HRMS, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate employee meetings, onboarding and offboarding formalities.
- Support the HR team with performance management, employee relations, vendor management, employee engagement, and other day to day tasks.
- Assist in documenting and rolling out HR policies and initiatives.
- Support the recruitment process with hiring, and related documentation.
Must Haves
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in both verbal and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (e.g., employee relations, HR operations, recruitment).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good understanding of Google Suite/MS Office.
Good to Have
- 3-6 months of experience working in a human resources/administrative role.
- People-first approach.
- Basic understanding of HR terminologies.
- Familiarity of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Familiarity with ATS, HRMS is a plus.
