Description
Poptin is looking for a Customer Support & Email Deliverability Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure their email campaigns achieve the best possible results while providing outstanding technical support.
You’ll be expected to do the following:
- Provide daily customer support via live chat and other support channels.
- Collecting and presenting accurate user feedback to the development team.
- Influence development priorities and future roadmap.

Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through solutions step-by-step.
- Update tutorials, guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Help customers improve results from their email campaigns and automation flows.
- Assist customers with configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication.
- Monitor domain and IP reputation and help customers maintain strong sender reputations.
- Investigate and assist with blocklists, spam traps, and mailbox provider issues.
- Analyze delivery metrics and inbox placement to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage onboarding of new customers and ensure they follow deliverability best practices from the start.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the product and development teams to help shape future improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in email deliverability, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Good knowledge of email infrastructure, including DNS, SMTP, IP reputation, and email headers.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms or automation tools.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Wix, and/or Shopify.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
