Equalize Digital is on a mission to make the web more accessible. Our software helps organizations identify and fix accessibility issues before they become barriers for real people. Our flagship product, Accessibility Checker, empowers businesses, universities, government agencies, nonprofits, and web professionals to identify and fix accessibility issues directly within WordPress.

We regularly use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other AI assistants to:
We’re looking for someone who embraces AI as a productivity tool while applying strong engineering judgment. Great engineers know when AI is helpful and when it needs to be challenged.
Equalize Digital is a fully remote company focused on making the web more accessible.

Good ideas can come from anyone.
