    • Write feature explainers, deep dives, and product narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Support product launches with announcements, changelogs, in-app copy, and value-driven messaging.
  3. Use Cases, Case Studies & Industry Content
    • Document real-world customer scenarios and develop case studies that highlight measurable product impact.
    • Build industry-specific use cases for GoDAM, WebAuditor, EasyEngine, and upcoming products.
  4. Growth & SEO Content
    • Create comparison articles, evaluation guides, tutorials, benchmarks, and integration content to drive product adoption.
    • Craft social content and thought-leadership pieces for technical, marketing, and product audiences.
    • Use analytics, user feedback, and product usage insights to refine and improve all content.
  5. Collaboration, Research & Product Understanding
    • Work closely with engineering, QA, PMs, and design to deeply understand features.
    • Test features hands-on to ensure accuracy and true user empathy.
    • Stay updated on competitive products, industry trends, and emerging technologies across WordPress, DAM, auditing, and DevOps ecosystems.
