rtCamp is a fast-growing organization looking for a Senior Sales Solutions Engineer, someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business.
We’re seeking an individual who enjoys solving business problems with modern web engineering solutions. At rtCamp, Sales is about building trust through technical depth, clarity, and hands-on expertise. You’ll play a pivotal role in gathering complex requirements, shaping pre-sales solutions, leading tech demos to executives, and expanding existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the customer-facing teams to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives of clients. This involves conducting assessments and demos.
- Design, propose and iterate technical solutions.
- Present solution POCs and architecture walk-throughs to client-side stakeholders as a part of pre-sales journey.
- Creating technical documentation including implementation plans aligned with the key business goals of clients.
- Assisting team with the up keeping and upgrades of conversion battle cards (demos, playbooks, pitches).
Must Haves
- A hands-on knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript & server-side scripting languages such as PHP, Node.js.
- Ability to navigate client brainstorming sessions and propose solutions with strong empathy for their current and future goals
- Writing compelling technical solution documents for proposals and being able to present implementation plans efficiently.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and creating implementation plans/pitches for current rtCamp clients.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Sales Engineer.
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in close collaboration with cross-functional groups, including business, delivery and account management, engineering teams, to land new projects.
- Working knowledge of enterprise CMS/DXP platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.
- Actively maintaining a blog/journal. Even better if you use WordPress for it.
