Servebolt CEO

Servebolt wants an ambitious, result oriented CEO that excels in company and sales development and leadership. The primary goal for the coming two years is to increase revenues from 2.5M to 4.5M EUR, whereafter the following target on a 3 year horizon will be 10M EUR. As the Servebolt CEO you need an international mindset with a global business perspective.

We’re well known as a leading hosting technology company, a premium provider of WordPress Managed Hosting for website and e-commerce store owners, and agencies working in this space.

Servebolt has a healthy balance sheet, on target to deliver a positive result for 2024. We wish to continue profitable financial development retaining the net positive cash flow (positive EBITDA after capital costs).

The self-owned hosting infrastructure for delivery of our services is global, with a primary focus and 75% of the customer base in Europe. The team is also European, with approximately 20 employees in 8 countries. The company language is English and collaboration and work is primarily conducted online.

After many years with emphasis on technology development, we’re in the process of carving out the technology development and operations into a fully owned subsidiary, Servebolt Cloud. With that, Servebolt as a premium WordPress hosting provider will be a more focused organization, with sales, marketing and support as key activities.

We meet people in the market and relevant communities in real life through public speaking, participation at events and sponsorships of conferences mainly in Europe.

You need to be a pragmatic and ambitious do’er. Technological interest and process orientation can be beneficial, along with the ability to think in systems and easily comprehend technical solutions.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English language, both written and oral
