The ideal candidate will source and engage with prospective customers, convert leads into business opportunities, and play a key role in expanding rtCampโs footprint within the enterprise WordPress ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, filter and target high-value enterprise prospects.
- Develop compelling sales strategies and initiate a conversation with presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and marketing executives.
- Be involved with the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Participate in outreach activities such as attending industry events and conferences
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Must Haves
- 4โ7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the software or technology industry. A basic understanding of the WordPress ecosystem is expected.
- Fluency in speaking, writing and presenting fluently in English, crucial to communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills that inspire trust and build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, sales methodologies and experience with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator platform.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good to Have
- Any formal education or work experience related to software development, computer science concepts.
- Prior experience with DXP platforms such as AEM, Kentico, Drupal, Salesforce is a plus, bonus points for platform fluency.
- Basic knowledge of open-source principles and practices.
