Enterprise Business Development Manager

๐Ÿ“ Location: Remote - India

rtCamp is seeking candidates who are skilled in the area of enterprise business development. The ideal candidate will source and engage with prospective customers, convert leads into business opportunities, and play a key role in expanding rtCampโ€™s footprint within the enterprise WordPress ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, filter and target high-value enterprise prospects.
  2. Develop compelling sales strategies and initiate a conversation with presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  3. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and marketing executives.
  4. Be involved with the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  5. Participate in outreach activities such as attending industry events and conferences
  6. Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.

Must Haves

  1. 4โ€“7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the software or technology industry. A basic understanding of the WordPress ecosystem is expected.
  2. Fluency in speaking, writing and presenting fluently in English, crucial to communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills that inspire trust and build strong relationships.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  5. Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, sales methodologies and experience with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator platform.
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

  1. Any formal education or work experience related to software development, computer science concepts.
  2. Prior experience with DXP platforms such as AEM, Kentico, Drupal, Salesforce is a plus, bonus points for platform fluency.
  3. Basic knowledge of open-source principles and practices.
