As the People Operations Manager at Patchstack, your mission is to navigate the maze of people and processes in a fully remote environment, ensuring everyone on the team can do their best work without a hitch.
Youโll be organizing seamless onboarding, streamlining HR operations and processes, collaborating with team leads to support growth, and helping us attract top-notch talent. If youโre someone who loves making the complex feel effortless and values a people-first approach, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR Functions: Oversee and grow the HR department, managing one direct report.
Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top global talent.
Onboarding: Improve the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Succession Planning: Collaborate with managers to implement leadership continuity plans.
Performance Management: Refine and oversee performance reviews and feedback systems.
Employee Relations: Serve as an advisor on employee relations and support conflict resolution.
Workforce Planning: Work with management to address staffing needs and forecasting.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer pay reviews, benefits, and perks programs.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and develop company policies.
Key requirements:
Location: Estonia
Education: Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of international HR management experience.
Skills: Expertise in HR functions, labor laws, and employee relations.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
