Today, we serve 90% of Europe’s automotive manufacturers – and we’re scaling fast. To fuel our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our WebSpark team and play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction.
This role is at the intersection of front-end and back-end engineering, with a strong focus on the WordPress ecosystem. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives, leading projects from concept to deployment, and ensuring that our platform is fast, scalable, and future-ready. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to MotorK’s transformation into an AI-native company.
What you’ll do
- Lead significant technology initiatives from design to deployment.
- Work across the stack: from front-end (CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind, Alpine) to back-end (PHP, Laravel).
- Leverage and extend the WordPress ecosystem (themes, plugins, core).
- Build scalable, containerized systems using Docker and modern cloud infrastructures.
- Design, query, and optimize relational databases.
- Champion DevOps practices: automation, CI/CD, and system reliability.
- Share knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and elevate the team’s engineering standards.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Proven expertise in the WordPress ecosystem.
- Strong front-end development skills: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind, Alpine.
- Solid back-end experience with PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
- Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
- Strong foundation in database design and management.
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructures.
- A DevOps mindset with focus on automation and CI/CD.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to writing clean, efficient code.
