Project Manager

📍 Location: Remote

We are looking for a talented and experienced hybrid Digital Project Manager to join our growing team.

You will primarily be responsible for working on key client accounts, using your solid digital experience to take hands-on approach supporting with the delivery of current and upcoming projects, and will also incorporate elements of business analysis, scoping and project definition.

We deliver projects primarily based on WordPress, Laravel, React and React Native – these are often technically complex and this role requires knowledge and understanding of these technologies.

This is a permanent / full-time role working remotely, and is for UK/Europe candidates only.


We’d expect you to take on the following responsibilities in your role:

  • Work with the Head of Delivery and Client Services team to manage the delivery of digital projects
  • Be accountable for the day-to-day management of client relationships during delivery of projects
  • Manage and deliver a portfolio of projects concurrently using agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Work in a team with business analysts, designers, solution architects, developers, testers and project managers
  • Ensure projects are completed in line with client brief, including timeframes and budgeting
  • Be responsible for the management of backlog and sprints Assume a leading role in the review and evaluation of the quality of products/solutions delivered
  • Lead and facilitate internal and client meetings/workshops
  • Regular client proiect reporting
  • Be willing to be hands on and get involved in the day-to-day detail when required

Requirements & Skills

The right person is likely to have these skills:

  • +3 years of experience as Digital Project Manager in a digital agency
  • Impeccable knowledge of digital marketing, with a solid technical understanding
  • Experience of working on web and mobile app build projects
  • Experience working directly with development teams
  • Experience delivering multiple digital development projects concurrently
  • Ability to understand at a high level the technical landscapes/solutions
  • Ability to manage projects remotely whilst maintaining team cohesiveness
  • Proven stakeholder management experience (client-side and internal)
  • A good understanding of project governance and controls
  • Well organised and an excellent communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Curiosity to work out how to do things differently
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ownership and pride in your performance and the company’s success
  • Brilliant networking skills, confident at developing new relationships
