As we expand, we are seeking an experienced WordPress developer with extensive experience in building integrations with Laravel.

Role Overview:
As a Senior WordPress Developer at Atarim, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our WordPress Plugin. Your responsibilities will include crafting seamless integrations with external APIs to extend functionality and improve user interactions. Your work will directly contribute to our product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS) strategies, ensuring that our platform not only meets but exceeds the expectations of internal teams and stakeholders who are using the platform

Responsibilities:

• WordPress Leadership: Take the helm of the Atarim WordPress Plugin, driving its evolution and ensuring its excellence. Utilize your extensive WordPress expertise to enhance and refine the plugin, delivering a stellar user experience that captivates and engages our community.
• Integration Leadership: Spearhead our integration strategy to amplify product-led growth, taking full ownership of connecting Atarim with other platforms. You’ll innovate and optimize these integrations to ensure they are executed flawlessly and align with our core business objectives.
• API Integration Using Laravel: Design and implement advanced API integrations with other platforms to increase our product-led growth and create amazing experiences for mid to large size teams using the Atarim platform.
• System Optimization: Translate complex system requirements into efficient, high-performance WordPress solutions that leverage Laravel’s capabilities to improve plugin functionality and user interaction.
• Testing and Refinement: Develop, test, and refine the plugin and our intergrations based on real-time user feedback and data analytics to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure that development strategies are integrated seamlessly with broader product and marketing objectives.
• Technical Leadership and Advocacy: Champion best practices in WordPress and Laravel development across the organization, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and advocating for technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Senior WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of innovative and effective projects.
• Expertise in Laravel for API integration to boost platform capabilities and user experience.
• Strong knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and their implementation in development processes.
• Highly Proficient in WordPress and Laravel tools and technologies, including advanced coding environments and version control.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with company goals.
• Experienced in user testing and feedback to enhance and optimize product functionality.
• Solid understanding of usability and accessibility standards in development practices.
